Familiarity with using a computer and/or mobile device, including tasks such as navigating software, managing files, and typing. Understanding of email communication and accessing online platforms for virtual learning. Test your proficiency here.
2. Strong Communication Skills
The ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and verbally.
Active listening skills, especially useful during discussions and interactive sessions.
3. Attention to Detail
A keen eye for detail is crucial, especially in documentation, report writing, and understanding policies.
4. Basic Math Skills

10. Xactimate Fundamentals
Unless you are taking our Xactimate Fundamentals course, one should have basic knowledge sufficient enough to pass the Xactimate Level 1 Proficiency exam.
